Brieflings

An autonomous research agent that turns the topics you care about into briefs, on your schedule.

  • Pick your topics and cadence — daily, weekly, or monthly — and the briefs arrive on their own.
  • Researches the open web, reads full sources, and synthesises what actually matters.
  • Learns from what you read, save, and react to, so each brief fits you a little better.
  • Ask follow-up questions inline, with the whole brief already in context.

AI Editorial Pipeline

A typed, multi-stage pipeline that takes a topic from blank page to finished brief.

  • Plan, search, read, draft, review, publish — each a discrete, validated stage.
  • Reads full, cleaned source text, not second-hand summaries.
  • A safety gate screens every brief before it ships, with a shadow reviewer flagging concerns.
  • Structurally guarded against the model stopping early or wandering off task.

Every run is recorded stage by stage — inputs, outputs, tokens, latency, each tool call — so nothing is a black box.

GO-TO-MARKET

CRM with AI Enrichment

Company data in; researched, ready-to-mail prospects out.

  • Imports and de-duplicates company records straight from Companies House.
  • A deterministic gate qualifies each lead before a penny of research is spent.
  • A budget-bounded research loop reads the open web and writes a cited intelligence report.
  • Turns each report into a personalised letter — a print-ready PDF with a unique promo code and QR.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Payments

Recurring billing infrastructure, owned end to end.

  • Card captured once, then charged off-session each period — no platform lock-in.
  • Multiple currencies and tiers, each carrying its own entitlements.
  • Webhook-verified events, with the signing secret rotatable without a deploy.
  • Failed payments handled gracefully: reminders, a grace period, then a soft downgrade.

Built against a swappable provider interface, so the processor is a detail, not a dependency.

CONTROL

Operational Dashboard

One console to run the entire stack.

  • A live view of users, briefs, runs, and queue depth across every service.
  • Drill into any run for its full pipeline trace.
  • Manage webhooks, promo plans, and broadcasts without touching code.
  • Inspect spend per user, per brief, per model.

It runs inside one service but administers them all — web, scheduler, worker, and the deploy-time sidecars.
